Privacy policy

RevFleet is designed to minimise the data we collect about you and about your HubSpot portal.

What stays in your browser

• Your HubSpot Private App token. It lives in the Chrome extension's chrome.storage.local only.
• To calculate selected checks, the scanner may read a bounded sample of HubSpot records locally. It discards contact values and sends only aggregate counts, ratios, booleans, and evidence status to RevFleet. Contact names, emails, phone numbers, and workflow names or IDs are not included in scan submissions.

What we store

• Your email (for auth) and sign-in events.
• Scan results — module scores, check results (IDs + values), and computed grades, tied to your authenticated account.
• If you connect a BYOK AI credential, we store the encrypted key (pgcrypto AES) and the org label Anthropic reports back. We never log the plaintext.

What you control

You can export or delete all your data at any time from Account settings.
